Why it's important to deliver quality aged care

Delivering quality aged care is essential to ensure older people live with dignity, respect, and comfort. It promotes their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, supports independence where possible, and safeguards their rights and safety. Quality care also builds trust with families and communities, ensuring that aging individuals receive the compassionate, personalised support they need.

How Equip Aged Care Learning can help you or your organisation

Providing quality aged care starts with you. By deepening your knowledge and skills, you'll be better equipped to deliver compassionate, respectful, and safe care that truly enhances the lives of older people. Ongoing learning empowers you to respond confidently to diverse needs, meet industry standards, and take pride in the vital role you play in supporting dignity and wellbeing every day.

Users receive a downloadable certificate detailing CPD hours after completion of a short knowledge quiz at the end of each module. Completion of Equip modules may be used by organisations to meet training and education needs for their staff. For those wishing to keep their learning current, users can re-take each module as needed which will generate an updated certificate. All your previous certificates will still be available in 'My Profile'. You will find the 're-take' button within completed modules next to the certificate download button
